Tallahassee is the beautiful capitol of the Sunshine State. It is primarily a college town, home to both the Florida State Seminoles and the Florida A&M Rattlers; but it offers much more in terms of entertainment. Tallahassee boasts hundreds of miles of outdoor trails, while having a rich and long history, so anybody can find something that they love to do. In fact, it was rated second best in a list of the “Top Ten College Towns for Grownups” behind only Chapel Hill.
Because of Tallahassee being referred to as a “college town” in general, you can assume that the nightlife is very active and fun. But there are many things to do during the day as well, with gorgeous parks lying around seemingly every corner. Of course the weather is often perfect in sunny Florida, which is something all Floridians are aware of.
These are the reasons why Tallahassee’s growth rate is 12.4%, faster than both Miami and Tampa. It is a fun, vibrant city full of young people, as well as being the capitol of arguably the most notable State in the nation. With plenty of things to do and fun people to meet, it’s easy to fall in love with either downtown areas or the suburb outskirts.
Computer Repair Doctor was founded in July of 2013 in Tallahassee, and has been flourishing ever since, leading to a second location being opened up in August of 2014. In 2014 owner Matt Ham was given a Dandi award for being a rising entrepreneur, and he has continued that growth into new markets after beginning his climb here in Tallahassee. CRD is currently one of three finalists for the Tally awards, where we may be declared the best computer repair service in the city.
“We saw a void in the local computer repair industry and felt we owed it to the community to open up another location. People love our service and the quality of repairs we can offer” – Matt Ham, when discussing opening up a second location. It’s that service and quality that we invite you to enjoy. While we wish you never have technological issues, we will help you get them sorted out when problems arise. So come by either of our stores, or you can call ahead to get a free estimate. The Doctor is in, and he is willing to help out however he can.
