My toddler had put the usb receiver inside my desktop computer thru the disk drive and it kept opening and closing and Ryan was able to fix the problem in less then 5 mins. Friendly and helpful and will definitely come back if my toddler decides to mess with my desktop or put other objects in it.

Both locations are great. My daughter accidentally poured water on my laptop a while back, and repair doctor fixed the problem in no time at all. This is the place I come whenever I have issues with any of my devices. New location is great as well. You can shop or eat lunch while waiting for your device to get fixed. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

The Computer Repair Doctor have been able to provide clutch work when it comes to resolving my technological problems. As a realtor it’s very important that I keep my phone and computer running. When I cracked my screen I took it to them and within an hour they had repaired my screen! Great work!

Honestly, I've never been to a phone repair store that didn't try to up sell me a new phone or accessories, until now. Chris hooked me up in less than 30 mins with my new, pristine, iPhone 5c screen. He coulda told me the next day, because I came in so late, but he took the appointment right at 5. I defiantly recommend this location for all your tech repair needs. Thanks again Chris!!!

My iPhone was not charging properly and I brought it to the location on Thomasville Road. We discussed the options, and the tech only needed about 30 seconds to clean out the charging port. I was not charged for the service and walk out as a very satisfied customer. They are great!

The guys at Computer Doctor Repair are amazing... the service is impeccable!!! My older iMac had problems to reinstall the OS and I took it in for repairs. It had issues installing the OS and they called and asked for more time which was great... keeping me in the loop as they tried to figure it out. There were more complications that arose and every time they called to inform me of those issues. The amazing thing was they did not give up in trying to get it working. The best thing was the price and with a discount that came with an email they sent me. Take in your device... you will not be disappointed!

IF YOU ARE READING THIS, GO STRAIGHT HERE! I had an old Iphone 7 that had issues with the screen, and "Surprise, Surprise" issues charging. Like a gullible tech novice I took it to my phone carrier to fix and of course they said it was not salvageable and sold me a brand spanking new thousand dollar phone. This was a year ago, so last week I took it by here to just see if I could fix the charging issue to possibly use as a second business phone. 2 hours later, I got my phone back and it worked better and looked a lot nicer than the phone I ended up replacing it with. WHATEVER THE REASON, go here first they will be honest and straightforward with you without up-selling you or giving you the run around. Lin is awesome and as a small business owner now if I have any clients that have tech issues (phone or computer) I send them straight here. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND AT LEAST SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO BEFORE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!

Today was my second visit to the Computer Repair Doctor in North Tallahassee. Both times I received superb customer service. The repairs to my iPhone were completed professionally, promptly, and at a very reasonable price. Len, who attended to my needs on both occasions, was super friendly and helpful. He explained clearly the exact work that needed to be done to get my iPhone back in order. Best of all, the work was done very quickly so I could be on my way with minimal delay. Kudos to Len at the Computer Repair Doctor in North Tallahassee. I highly recommend this business as the go to place for your cell phone repairs and other tech services.
