You can probably replace your laptop’s battery yourself if you are sure that that is the issue.  However, the problems you are experiencing could also be related to the charging port.  If you are unsure, take it to a repair shop near you!

It’s ALWAYS a good idea to backup your data before a repair (and we suggest you do). Even Apple advises backing up your data before any repair. However, it’s extremely unlikely you’ll lose any data during the repair.

We can back up your data if you want to be extra safe, however it is not required.  There is almost never any data loss.

Part of this repair is actually saving your data or recovering it if we need to.  So we will do everything we can to ensure you don’t lose anything.

Absolutely. We offer 90 day warranties on all of our standard repairs (if we have to buy custom parts, those parts may have a different warranty period). If anything goes wrong after 90 days, it’s unlikely to be due to our repair but you’re welcome to bring it by anyway. We’re usually able to help, especially if it was related to the repair we performed.

We stock all common parts  and we should definitely have your iPad part in the store!  If you want to make sure, just give our store a call and ask (if you know what you need to fix).

Motherboards can malfunction for a number of reasons. Sometimes the problem is a software issue, or sometimes the hardware has completely died.  If your laptop or desktop is just simply not working for you, you should get it looked at.

Your power supply unit is the part of the computer that typically attaches via cord and connects it to your wall.  It then provides your computer with the electricity it needs!  If your computer is turning off randomly, or not turning on at all, it could very well be a problem with the PSU.  Maybe you need to upgrade the part, but that’s not likely, we should just need to take a good look at it.

The graphics card is what it sounds like – so if your screen isn’t working for some reason but you’re not sure what it is, there’s a good chance it’ll be the graphics card. We’ll also check to make sure it’s not the LCD or a software issue before we go replacing parts!

If you have a MacBook with a broken magsafe area – the magnetic charging port on your laptop – we can replace it for you.  Either just the magnet is broken, leading your charger to constantly become detached, or your Macbook is unable to charge, which is a massive problem.

The Touch ID will usually work fine after an iPhone Screen Repair, however there are cases where a touch ID is non-functional after a repair. Unfortunately if a Touch ID breaks, it often can’t be fixed. Apple has put roadblocks in place specifically designed to disallow third party companies from fixing a broken Touch ID.
