Before we do any real "fixing" we'll make sure that you're aware of the price, and have approved the repair. No additional fees, no nonsense. If we uncover any additional problems while performing the repair, we'll contact you and get approval before we start fixing that too. 

We give a 1 year warranty because we stand behind our work. If something goes wrong with the device (that isn't related to something like dropping it onto a sidewalk) we want to have your back. We don't want to fix things for a few months, we want to fix your devices for the long haul.
