Store History
Computer Repair Doctor of Cleveland, OH opened its doors for business in August of 2017 in University Heights. Its franchise owner, Alex Marini Garvin, a Cleveland native, began working with the company in mid 2015 in Tallahassee Florida as Regional Manager & Senior Technician.
In early 2017, Alex began the process of moving his life from Florida back home to Ohio with the plan to bring CRD with him. After securing a storefront location on the corner of Cedar & Green rd. in University Heights, he knew he had found a place that felt like home. With tremendous help from family, friends and co-workers, Alex was able to get the store fully remodeled and open within 16 days of moving in!
We are now proud to say we're ready and waiting to repair greater Cleveland's iPhone/Smartphone, Mac or PC devices!

1 Year Limited Warranty
Computer Repair Doctor Cleveland offers a 1 year limited warranty on all of our repairs. This warranty covers all labor related to a repair and all stock parts. If a problem arises as a result of one of our repairs, we'll cover it. If a problem arises with your device that is unrelated to the work that we did, it's not covered. Also, if custom parts have to be ordered for your repair, those parts typically have a shorter warranty. If your repair job requires custom parts, ask the tech assigned to your repair what the warranty length will be for these parts. This warranty is non-transferable and intended only for the original customer on a repair. Any damage to the device after the repair, including but not limited to physical damage and liquid damage, will void our warranty. See full terms and conditions.
