If you have a desktop that doesn’t boot into Windows, we’ll test your hard drive and then take a look at the software. If your desktop doesn’t turn on, it’s likely to be either the power supply or the motherboard. Sure, it could also be the RAM (maybe 5-8% of the time) or another component (like the GPU), but the power supply or motherboard are much more likely culprits. We offer free diagnostics so we’ll take a look at your machine, determine the underlying cause of the power problem, and get you fixed and on your way.

If your desktop is turning off by itself, it’s probably not because it’s being lazy. It’s probably overheating. A CPU that starts overheating will turn itself off to prevent it from permanently damaging itself. This is typically fixed by fan cleanings or replacements, and maybe a heat sink replacement. We can take a look at your desktop and determine what needs to be done to get you back in business!
This problem is fairly straightforward. Got viruses? We'll remove them. Most of the time viruses can simply be removed, but other times they've ingrained themselves so deep in the system that we'll have to do a software reinstall. Don't worry, we'll save you data and let you know first if this is necessary.

If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay. It’s that simple!
For hardware repairs, we keep a lot of parts in stock but since there are so many different types of PC desktops out there, we might need to order a part. If that’s the case, we typically get parts within 24-48 hours!
Absolutely. We offer 90 day warranties on all of our standard repairs (if we have to buy custom parts, those parts may have a different warranty period). If anything goes wrong after 90 days, it’s unlikely to be due to our repair but you’re welcome to bring it by anyway. We’re usually able to help, especially if it was related to the repair we performed.
Of course not! We can take it apart and put it back together for you. We have the tools and expertise to do it quickly and efficiently, don’t worry about it!
That depends – if you’d rather not bring it in (understandably) we can try to diagnose it and give you an estimate over the phone. Sometimes we can’t because we don’t want to misquote you, and then we might need to see it in-person.
It’s ALWAYS a good idea to backup your data before a repair (and we suggest you do). Even Apple advises backing up your data before any repair. However, it’s extremely unlikely you’ll lose any data during the repair.
