I run most of my small business on my computer and phone. When my computer completely locked up and wouldn't boot, they determined within seconds that the hard drive was shot and needed to be replaced. By that afternoon I had a new hard drive with all my data properly migrated and now it's working better than when I pulled it out of the box. They did a great job.

What can I say a cracked I pad air 2 screen dropped it off at 9 am had it back by 12:30 that's service. Knowledgeable tech on hand walked me through process. Reasonable price, works like the day I took it out of box. Highly recommend taking anything here.

These guys are phenomenal, brought in a computer that was crashing and in the same day they installed an SSD and got me back up and running. These guys had me back in business in no time. My 5 year old MacBook Air had really slowed down, getting that spinning wheel every time I tried to search the web. I took it to Computer Repair Doctor to see if there was anything that could be fixed or I would have to buy a new laptop. Cory checked it out on the spot. It was working fine in their shop and he told me he didn't see anything wrong with it and while he could try a few things (remove and reload stuff or something like that), he really didn't want to charge me for something that probably wasn't the issue. He suggested I check my network and internet provider first since it was working fine at their location. I did some simple googling about my wireless router and found one suggestion to change on the router and BAM! it totally fixed my problem. Thank you Cory for saving me lots of money on a new laptop or even a fix I didn't need. You are very honest. I recommend Cory at Computer Repair Doctor to get the honest story about what is wrong with your computer. Thanks again!

After having a terrible experience at another repair shop who is an authorized Apple Service provider I found Computer Repair Doctor and they totally exceeded my expectations! I took my 2009 Macbook Pro in that had a cracked screen and loose hinges on the A1286 Unibody assembly. My computer was diagnosed by DJ who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. He listening to all of my concerns about the experience at the other repair shop and remained professional and offered a quick and reliable solution for this repair. He checked my computer in, replaced the screen and tightened the hinges all within a 5 hour turnaround! I was told by the other company that they could not do the repair because the parts could not be found and if they could it would have been twice the cost. Because of the great service I will be taking in 2 more newer Macbook Pros for upgrades next week! Thank you for getting me out of a tough situation!

Recently, David, the technician who repaired my computer, did an AWESOME job!! He installed an SSD into my Toshiba laptop which was running at a tortoise pace, wasting precious time. He also upgraded the RAM from 4GB to 8GB. Now we have a like-new computer!

Very nice repair business, they are good listeners, they ask questions to narrow down possibilities and to drill down into the most likely root causes, they offer initial ideas as to what could be wrong, they give no obligation estimates within 48 hours, and their actual prices ( in my 2 occasions to use them ) seem very fair. This should be your first stop if having troubles.

The Staff at Computer Repair Doctor on Falls of the Neuse in Raleigh, have been Awesome !! From a hard Drive crash /data recovery and replacement, to remote access computer trouble shooting and phone support. Their expertise and customer satisfaction focus has made my life much easier. When I have a computer issue, I call them, they log in remotely and then (NO MORE ISSUE!). I have found their fees to be Fair and their advice straight forward and Honest !

I went to Computer Repair Doctor on Falls today, in hopes they could save my phone. The guys here were helpful and had great communication. Told me what needed to be done and how long it would take, given I walked in at 3:30 I was surprised to have been helped and on my way in an hours time. If I have anymore issues on phones or my computer I will be back. Highly recommend if your in need.

I cracked the screen on my phone twice in about one month. I was able to get an appointment right away with Computer Repair Doctor, and each time the staff was able to fix the screen within 30 minutes. Just visited the Falls Village Store where Cory literally saved my life. I am a Wake County teacher who really needs her computer and my Windows Word had frozen to the point that I couldn't work at all. Cory took one look, worked his magic and restored my computer. Came in to get my computer looked at and they diagnosed it for free, on the spot. DJ let me know that the hard drive was just about dead. So all I did was get my data transferred to my personal external hard drive. DJ was very helpful, explaining my options fully. Then when I came to pick up my computer, David cashed me out and again, offered clear explanations and advice on fixing my old computer. Everyone was very helpful to make a pleasant, easy experience. I highly recommend and will come back if needed.

My phone battery started short circuiting about a few days ago and I had to find a place to replace the battery. Going to the apple store is an option but if it doesn't fall under a warranty the fix could be expensive and take a while. After some online research I came across Computer Repair Doctor.. If you're looking for a place that had great service and amazing prices look no further! I scheduled an appointment online the day before (where you also get a discount by booking there instead of a walk in!) and went in the next day. While the process online said it would take up to 45 minutes, I was out of there within 20. The person who fixed my phone did a great job, was super friendly and overall it was a 10/10 experience. Will be coming back if I ever face issues with my phone or computer again, this place is unbeatable!

By far the best repair service in the area. The wait time is next to nothing, staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If you have an I-phone, Mac, DO NOT GO TO APPLE. They are the worst and will ship your phone off and make you go without a phone or computer for a week and charge you 2-3 times the amount. Thanks Computer Repair Doctor, highly recommended.

I was having connectivity problems and my machine needed to be cleaned. They determined the problem was not my computer (I later determined it was my range extended), and then cleaned my machine for NO CHARGE. Much much better than Best Buy.Put simply, Best Buy had me wait a week so I could reset my computer to factory settings (and if you dont want to pay the fee for them to back up your data you have to do it yourself and reschedule for a different week) and then ship it off and I was expected to get it back 3 weeks later. Instead I went here, it was a simple walk in, I explained the issue, and got my computer back good as new a week later for a reasonable price. And I didnt have to reset my computer. Ctrl Alt Del will be my go to repair shop in the future.

My laptop crashed unexpectedly and would not restart. I called the guys at Ctrl Alt Del who told me to bring it down for diagnostics. They quickly identified the issue and called me to confirm the works and price. I was impressed with their speed and the efficiency of their online customer service portal as well as the very reasonable cost to fix my problem. I had the laptop back up and running in no time and would highly recommend the company if you have any technical issues. Thanks for your help!

By far the best repair service in the area. The wait time is next to nothing, staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If you have an I-phone, Mac, DO NOT GO TO APPLE. They are the worst and will ship your phone off and make you go without a phone or computer for a week and charge you 2-3 times the amount. Thanks Computer Repair Doctor, highly recommended.

My phone battery started short circuiting about a few days ago and I had to find a place to replace the battery. Going to the apple store is an option but if it doesn't fall under a warranty the fix could be expensive and take a while. After some online research I came across Computer Repair Doctor.. If you're looking for a place that had great service and amazing prices look no further! I scheduled an appointment online the day before (where you also get a discount by booking there instead of a walk in!) and went in the next day. While the process online said it would take up to 45 minutes, I was out of there within 20. The person who fixed my phone did a great job, was super friendly and overall it was a 10/10 experience. Will be coming back if I ever face issues with my phone or computer again, this place is unbeatable!

Came in to get my computer looked at and they diagnosed it for free, on the spot. DJ let me know that the hard drive was just about dead. So all I did was get my data transferred to my personal external hard drive. DJ was very helpful, explaining my options fully. Then when I came to pick up my computer, David cashed me out and again, offered clear explanations and advice on fixing my old computer. Everyone was very helpful to make a pleasant, easy experience. I highly recommend and will come back if needed.

I came in with a laptop issue that I was able to explain in technical way and David knew exactly what issue I was experiencing. We talked through what could be the issue and he gave me a couple options and his opinion on what would be best. Additionally, he was able to help me out with the hardware I would need do additional problem solving out of the office. Overall great service!

Just visited the Falls Village Store where Cory literally saved my life. I cracked the screen on my phone twice in about one month. I went to Computer Repair Doctor on Falls today, in hopes they could save my phone. The guys here were helpful and had great communication. Told me what needed to be done and how long it would take, given I walked in at 3:30 I was surprised to have been helped and on my way in an hours time. From a hard Drive crash /data recovery and replacement, to remote access computer trouble shooting and phone support. Their expertise and customer satisfaction focus has made my life much easier. When I have a computer issue, I call them, they log in remotely and then (NO MORE ISSUE!). I have found their fees to be Fair and their advice straight forward and Honest !

Recently, David, the technician who repaired my computer, did an AWESOME job!! He installed an SSD into my Toshiba laptop which was running at a tortoise pace, wasting precious time. He also upgraded the RAM from 4GB to 8GB. Now we have a like-new computer!

After having a terrible experience at another repair shop who is an authorized Apple Service provider I found Computer Repair Doctor and they totally exceeded my expectations! I took my 2009 Macbook Pro in that had a cracked screen and loose hinges on the A1286 Unibody assembly. My computer was diagnosed by DJ who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. He listening to all of my concerns about the experience at the other repair shop and remained professional and offered a quick and reliable solution for this repair. He checked my computer in, replaced the screen and tightened the hinges all within a 5 hour turnaround! I was told by the other company that they could not do the repair because the parts could not be found and if they could it would have been twice the cost. Because of the great service I will be taking in 2 more newer Macbook Pros for upgrades next week! Thank you for getting me out of a tough situation!

My 5 year old MacBook Air had really slowed down, getting that spinning wheel every time I tried to search the web. I took it to Computer Repair Doctor to see if there was anything that could be fixed or I would have to buy a new laptop. Cory checked it out on the spot. It was working fine in their shop and he told me he didn't see anything wrong with it and while he could try a few things (remove and reload stuff or something like that), he really didn't want to charge me for something that probably wasn't the issue. He suggested I check my network and internet provider first since it was working fine at their location. I did some simple googling about my wireless router and found one suggestion to change on the router and BAM! it totally fixed my problem. Thank you Cory for saving me lots of money on a new laptop or even a fix I didn't need. You are very honest. I run most of my small business on my computer and phone. When my computer completely locked up and wouldn't boot, they determined within seconds that the hard drive was shot and needed to be replaced.
