I had my laptop and all-in-one both go down within a week of each other due to a recent Windows update. I tried to do everything suggested online and couldn't get the operating system to budge.I went online to find help and most the computer repair sites I found had one review (probably the owner's mother). I was fortunate to decide on Computer Doc that had 70 5-star reviews, and found them all to be correct.I worked with Alex who immediately gave me confidence that he could help, and not try to rip me off, and my first impressions were correct.With 24 hrs I had both my computers back, repaired, and in better working order than when I brought them in, and at a cost which I found to be extremely reasonable.I'm glad to know that that I've found Alex in case I have any problems in the future.Obviously I highly recommend them.

I originally contacted Computer Repair Doctor a few months ago and got a quick email back from Alex and even offered a discount for bringing the computer in quickly. I waited a while for the repair and found a similar type of business closer to me and decided to take the computer there. Big mistake. They even specialize in Apple repairs but, they had no idea what to do and only offered to sell me a replacement computer. I took the computer to Alex at Computer Repair Doctor and received an estimate the same day and the computer was fixed within a couple days! I highly recommend Computer Repair Doctor and will be returning for all my computer repair needs.

I was thrilled with the service and the work they did to get my computer up and running. The diagnosis is free and they tell you exactly what is wrong. My issue was my hard drive needed replacing and I was given several options, but I asked Alex what he would recommend and went with his recommendation. This is definitely my "go to place" for computer repairs.!!

I spilled water on my macbook and it wouldn't turn on. Now, I am using it to write this review! The computer doctors fixed my computer fast (a day faster than they said) and were very helpful. Would highly recommend!

This repair place is great. I've been twice now and both times they figured out what was wrong with my laptop in a timely manner. The owner is very polite and explains what the issue is very well.

Called on the phone and described the issue with my laptop. Alex correctly identified the problem and price for the repair. I dropped the laptop off for a free diagnostic look at about 1pm about an hour later Alex called to report that he was correct on the diagnosis. I gave the ok for the repair and the laptop was finished at 4pm. I would highly recommend this business for any computer or cell phone repairs.

Very professional and fast.... Took my son's xbox for repair due to water damage. They had it cleaned within 3 hours... Alex explained how he cleaned it... A little pricey tho... $125 to clean with alcohol and water.... Would recommend to all my friends.

GREAT GREAT GREAT! They revived my MacBook that I spilled coffee on when nobody else could! Apple wanted to charge me over $800 to replace the motherboard. Alex and Jordan got it working using their specialized liquid damage equipment for $300!!! What a life saver. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful service. Had my computer go down in the middle of preparing for a important presentation. I admittedly tried micro center and geeksquad first, but they could not help! A gentlemen from geek squad recommended Computer Repair Doctor because of there reviews and i'm happy to say they lived up to them! They got my laptop up and running with a new hard drive and recovered my pictures and documents all in one day! Everyone else quoted me at least a week and also wanted to charge a diagnosis fee, which computer repair doctor does not do! This will be my go to place from now on! Thank you

Very knowledgeable and fast. I came in for an ipad repair, but witnessed them working with 2 other customers with different devices. They explained everything in a friendly and understandable way. When they got to me it was quick and painless. I spent a total of 5 minutes getting in and out and they had my ipad repaired 2 hours later. Definitely going here for anything I need fixed!

I used them to fix an issue months ago with my iPhone. Great price, service, and it didn’t take that long. I recently had another issue and took my phone in again. My battery was under warranty! I could t believe it. The owner is a nice guy to talk to and the store layout is cool and clean.

I can highly recommend Alex and his team for whatever you need done—service and knowledge are superior and they are a pleasure to work with. I have used his services several times now and have to say he’s one of the best tech’s I’ve ever encountered. I’ve had him upgrade almost all of the computers in my workplace and just had him replace the drive in my wife’s older laptop with double the storage. My wife is really happy (and that makes me happy!). Nothing is too large or small and there is no change to come in and discuss what you need done. Lucky to have him in our community!

Had a battery issue where my laptop would immediately shut off if i moved it in a way slightly so I went to the Doc's. They not only fixed my issue, but they finished it 2, almost 3 days ahead of time! These folks are so nice and helpful. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with a computer issue. Job well done!

I am very satisfied with the service that I received. I brought in a light that needed a wire soldered. It wasn’t a computer but that wasn’t a problem for the Computer Repair Doctor. They fixed the problem in 1 hour. I highly recommend these guys.

I'd highly recommend this place to everyone I know! Took my daughter's iPhone 6 to be repaired. Zoe the tech working that day explained to my daughter important details about phone screens and batteries. She told us to give it an hour.. She text my phone 15 minutes later saying she was done. New screen, new battery, 15 minutes and less than 100 dollars. I am very pleased! Go! Ask for Zoe!

I take all my computers here when I have a problem. They diagnose it for free and give you options to fix it right away. Zoe was great and so helpful. My computer crashed and she helped me find a better, faster computer, for a lot less money than I would find somewhere else. Computer repair doctors are the best!

What a fantastic find! Had the "black screen of death" on my laptop and was devastated at the thought of losing all those pictures I failed to back up. I need not have worried. My 3 Year old LG phone would not hold a charge. AT&T thought I needed a replacement but suggested I try this place out first. I was headed to the mall to get the cracked screen on my daughter's iPhone fixed when I drove past this store. I'm so glad I stopped! I broke my phone in the middle of the night and made my way over to this place. I was treated wonderfully even though they had just opened and the customer service was great. The service on my phone was quick, very reasonably priced, and the 1 year warranty is a great feeling to have because you know that the company is accountable.If you have a broken computer/phone etc bring your business to this place! Don't waste time and money going to Apple or a non-reputable place, bring your business to these guys!

I reached out to Computer Repair Doctor to replace a phone charging port. Over the phone, they were able to confirm the required part and give a time estimate of how long it would take to get the part in house. When I came in, before taking the deposit, Alex examined the phone and determined that the issues I was having with charging could likely be fixed without replacing the port. One good cleaning later, and the phone was working like new. Excellent customer service!

These people do extremely good job. Sometimes, I call them by phone. They fix the problem promptly. The owner Alex is very good.I had some problem yesterday. Alex fixed it by phone, so that I do not need to take the computer to his shop.The other employees are equally good. They are prompt, polite and pleasant.I strongly recommend them for computer repairs
