Have been having problems with a custom build PC and finally broke in frustration in trying to figure out the problem, took it into these guys and they figured out the problem for no charge and offered a super cheap fix price. John was extremely polite and helpful and good God I had a great experience with these guys. Could not recommend enough if you're having comp issues

The Tennessee Street CRD shop was outstanding. Ryan, the technician who helped me, took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with my laptop, patiently outlined all of my options for repair, and the pros and cons of each option. In addition, the repair was done in a day and for a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Computer Repair Doctor!

The guys at computer repair doctor are great; very responsive, honest estimate of problem with my i phone. They replaced the battery with just a short wait. Their location on Tennessee street is convenient and easy to get in and out. The price was very reasonable without any high pressure sale tactics. Definitely go back whenever I have a tech need.

I walked in worried about a virus on my computer. The staff was very friendly to me and clearly explained what could be potentially wrong with my computer and what they could do to help me! I left my computer with them and they fixed it and contacted me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to a friend and will use them again for any future technology problems!!

They were so patient, helpful & polite (unlike geek squad). I initially went for a water damaged iphone which they were able to restore with Ultra sound guided cleaning. I later had issues with my computer & went back to them. They were able to resolve my computer issues in a few hrs.I will never go anywhere else. So glad I found this great friendly team! ???!

The guys over at Computer Repair Doctor are great people who are very accommodating and willing to work with you on any and all issues you may encounter! I faced a problem where my iPhone 5S wouldn’t start after getting my battery replaced by them, and they were gracious enough to not only the fix the issue for me, but replace my screen protector, let me keep the new battery and offered a full refund! That’s when I knew these guys were trustworthy and deserving of their excellent rating.I’ve since had other work done by them as well, and they’ve always been very nice and offered great discounts. All in all, I would highly recommend this place for all your technology troubles! 10/10 from me :)

Anthony was SUPER helpful and kind. Not only did he solve my issues with my computer, he did so efficiently and effectively. Computer Repair Doctor has been a life saver!!! I got hacked, I really thought my computer was shot , I walked in there in a panic. They calmed me down and went through what they were going to do step by step and didn't charge me a arm and a leg. They are very knowledgeable and they have good prices too. I have also bought a laptop from them at a great price, I can't say enough about the Computer Repair Doctor. Their the only place we will take our computers too!!

The staff here is ALWAYS extremely kind and patient and happy to explain anything you may want answered. They have very fair prices , and will explain why something costs what it does. They even return your calls if they missed you, which was a very pleasant surprise when I was trying to confirm their hours. They are accomodating and always ask if you are okay with calls/texts/emails and what you prefer. Love this place!

I've been here on a few occasions, all of them dealing with a different smartphone problem that I was unable to fix or correct myself. Unfortunately, my particular device issues weren't the type they could deal with in-house & would have required that they ship the device straight to the manufacturer in order to be fixed properly. I will say that despite the end result of my unique situation, the staff I spoke with & interacted with were very pleasant & as helpful as they could be in respective scenarios. Perhaps, they are a bit more geared towards fixing PCs & laptops? Should I have an issue with my laptop, I would definitely give these guys a crack at it.

Len saved the day again for me !!!! He was willing to stay a little bit longer to fix my phone due to my lack of transportation and he’s always been very friendly and very helpful and he even remember me that the last time I came in . This is a great place to come to with great prices. I don’t feel ripped off and I feel confident in their abilities to do their job. Len reminded me of my warranty that I forgot I had ! Super quick repair, super funny, really cool (see Mac with screen removed and parts exposed on the left), and awesome waiting area! I’ll enjoy the comfy couch while waiting for this storm to pass over. ? I forgot to mention, they even gave us a free repair for my IPad that a headphone jack broke off into because it was a “minor fix” AND they gave us a bag to put our electronics in so that they would get wet when we made a mad dash to the car in the pouring rain. SO AWESOME!!

Went in because my Samsung phone wouldn't connect to the charger anymore. They took my phone straight back cleaned it out and tested it. Phone works like new now and they didn't charge me a dime. I was there maybe 10 minutes. I highly recommend them.

The service was quick (they actually fixed it in like 5 minutes while I sat there after the part arrived), the price was reasonable, and the repair was done perfectly. Store History
About us – Computer Repair Doctor’s first local store in Tallahassee, FL was established in the summer of 2013. This was the company’s first and original location. Located across from Leon High school, our founder Matt Ham opened this location when he first moved with his wife from NYC to FL. He brought a good friend of his, Chris Newman, down from NC for the summer and the two of them worked to establish CRD’s original store.
The two decided to go ahead and open for business while they were assembling furniture and twenty minutes into the first day of opening their first customer walked in, claiming to have been referred to us by a competitor down the street. Happy to be getting referrals already, the two finished setting up the first table and got to work. It’s all iPhone repairs and laptop repairs from there!

1 Year Limited Warranty
Computer Repair Doctor Tallahassee offers a 1 year limited warranty on all of our repairs. This warranty covers all labor related to a repair and all stock parts. If a problem arises as a result of one of our repairs, we'll cover it. If a problem arises with your device that is unrelated to the work that we did, it's not covered. Also, if custom parts have to be ordered for your repair, those parts typically have a shorter warranty. If your repair job requires custom parts, ask the tech assigned to your repair what the warranty length will be for these parts. This warranty is non-transferable and intended only for the original customer on a repair. Any damage to the device after the repair, including but not limited to physical damage and liquid damage, will void our warranty. See full terms and conditions.
