Have been having problems with a custom build PC and finally broke in frustration in trying to figure out the problem, took it into these guys and they figured out the problem for no charge and offered a super cheap fix price. John was extremely polite and helpful and good God I had a great experience with these guys. Could not recommend enough if you're having comp issues

I had been putting off getting my computer fixed for a few weeks due to no time/funds. But I went to computer repair doctor and was in and out! John was so helpful and friendly- made the experience really easy. By far best computer repair in Tallahassee! Will never go anywhere else again!

Ryan is so great!!! I brought my phone in completely destroyed and taped together, and he fixed it so quickly! Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Quick, clean and fair prices! I would highly recommend this place for any student in Tallahassee.

The Tennessee Street CRD shop was outstanding. Ryan, the technician who helped me, took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with my laptop, patiently outlined all of my options for repair, and the pros and cons of each option. In addition, the repair was done in a day and for a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Computer Repair Doctor!

The guys at computer repair doctor are great; very responsive, honest estimate of problem with my i phone. They replaced the battery with just a short wait. Their location on Tennessee street is convenient and easy to get in and out. The price was very reasonable without any high pressure sale tactics. Definitely go back whenever I have a tech need.

I spoke with Collin today and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and assisted me along with my computer's recovery without haggling me on a sale. Needless to say, the experience was exceptional and I'll definately be returning for my future electronic needs.

I've been there a few times, and the employees are always very friendly and provide very detailed feedback. They give free estimates and kindly gave me additional helpful information regarding my computer issues, and answered questions. Their service is very quick too.

Worked with Zoey she was awesome!! Fixed my IPhone 7+ and MacBook Air within a few hours and for half the price of fixing both devices with Apple!! Would definitely recommend!

I walked in worried about a virus on my computer. The staff was very friendly to me and clearly explained what could be potentially wrong with my computer and what they could do to help me! I left my computer with them and they fixed it and contacted me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to a friend and will use them again for any future technology problems!!

They were so patient, helpful & polite (unlike geek squad). I initially went for a water damaged iphone which they were able to restore with Ultra sound guided cleaning. I later had issues with my computer & went back to them. They were able to resolve my computer issues in a few hrs.I will never go anywhere else. So glad I found this great friendly team! 👍🏆👍!

The guys over at Computer Repair Doctor are great people who are very accommodating and willing to work with you on any and all issues you may encounter! I faced a problem where my iPhone 5S wouldn’t start after getting my battery replaced by them, and they were gracious enough to not only the fix the issue for me, but replace my screen protector, let me keep the new battery and offered a full refund! That’s when I knew these guys were trustworthy and deserving of their excellent rating.I’ve since had other work done by them as well, and they’ve always been very nice and offered great discounts. All in all, I would highly recommend this place for all your technology troubles! 10/10 from me :)

Anthony was SUPER helpful and kind. Not only did he solve my issues with my computer, he did so efficiently and effectively. I was able to bring my computer in, get a diagnosis, and have it repaired all in the same day. In the midst of completing my dissertation, he truly saved the day! I HIGHLY recommend the computer repair doctor! :)

They took my laptop computer that I was going to trash it since the the lid was broke off. They fix it.. I am very happy to have it working again.... Great job!!! Price was more than reasonable and professional and trustworthy employees. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

The service at Computer Repair Doctor was excellent, top to bottom. I scheduled online and they took my iPhone in for repairs right on time; the job was completed quickly; and my questions were answered thoroughly. Computer Repair Doctor has been a life saver!!! I got hacked, I really thought my computer was shot , I walked in there in a panic. They calmed me down and went through what they were going to do step by step and didn't charge me a arm and a leg. They are very knowledgeable and they have good prices too. I have also bought a laptop from them at a great price, I can't say enough about the Computer Repair Doctor. Their the only place we will take our computers too!!

They have both replaced a broken iPhone screen for me ( which is working flawlessly) and did a custom job for me. I love the communication while they are working on your job and the knowledgeable staff. I recommended a friend today to get her iPad screen repaired there. The staff here is ALWAYS extremely kind and patient and happy to explain anything you may want answered. They have very fair prices , and will explain why something costs what it does. They even return your calls if they missed you, which was a very pleasant surprise when I was trying to confirm their hours. They are accomodating and always ask if you are okay with calls/texts/emails and what you prefer. Love this place!
