What exactly is a hard drive repair?

How do I know if I have a bad hard drive?
If your iMac has a bad hard drive it can be difficult to diagnose. If you are experiencing issues with your computer booting up, or it is freezing, or it is making audible noises, your hard drive may be the problem. We'll run tests however, and we won't replace anything without making sure of what the problem is and notifying you of any parts necessary!
Do you have the parts in stock, and how long will this take?
We do typically keep hard drives on hand so that we can replace them whenever we need to. Because we need to ensure that that's the problem, it may still take a little longer than a simple replacement job. If you need it back in a hurry, we may be able to offer our rush service.
How much will this cost?
