We are looking for an individual with a background in both customer service and laptop/phone repair. Just because you can repair laptops doesn’t mean this job is for you! The ideal candidate will be well spoken, have a strong work ethic, and be responsible and able to work independently without being micro-managed. The candidate we are looking for is:

Experience with electronics repairs
This includes laptops, iPhones, iPads, Samsung Galaxies, Tablets, desktops, etc. The more experience you have the better. HOWEVER, in the past we have hired techs with very limited training because we had faith in their ability to learn. We’re the experts, you’re the new guy/girl. We expect to have to teach you the finer details of repairs, but you’ll be expected to have “good hands” and learn quickly.
Responsible and Self-Motivated
We’re not looking to micro-manage you. We are looking for individuals with a strong work-ethic that are trustworthy and responsible.
Flexible team player
Some weeks we’ll ask you to be more of a technician, some weeks we’ll need you to deal more with customers. We may need you to go onsite every once in a while. Help us out. We’ll pay you for it.
No one here is ever done learning. We’re not expecting to hire the perfect candidate; we’re expecting to make them that way! Come ready to better yourself.
