Unfortunately the part-cost for android phones varies too much to list accurately – both increases and decreases in price!  This is to avoid any potential issues, but we can give you a price almost immediately, so feel free to call us or stop by if you don’t want to fill out our form!

The best available! People often ask if we buy OEM parts or if we buy parts from Apple, etc. Apple doesn’t sell parts, but the parts we buy are often manufactured by the same factories Apple uses. In short, we have a Parts Management team that’s always sourcing the highest quality parts at the best possible price.

We can fix that too! If you’re getting more than one component replaced on your phone, we offer steep discounts for multiple services. Just ask a staff member for pricing!

Anytime someone is disassembling your phone, things can go wrong. Compared to the industry standard, we have a very low rate of issues though. After a repair, there can be issues with a non-responsive touchscreen, front camera failures, or touch ID problems. If there are any problems after a repair that weren’t there before the repair, we’ll take responsibility and replace the non-functional part.

The Touch ID will usually work fine after an iPhone Screen Repair, however there are cases where a touch ID is non-functional after a repair. Unfortunately if a Touch ID breaks, it often can’t be fixed. Apple has put roadblocks in place specifically designed to disallow third party companies from fixing a broken Touch ID. Why did they do this? Great question.

This is a question that we get a lot, no matter the brand of the computer.  Age, wear & tear, frequency of use, and the cost to repair are all important, in addition to what model of Mac you have so it’s hard to give a clear answer! Our techs can talk to you about it, and if they price to repair your Macbook or iMac is greater than the cost of a replacement or it’s close, we will give our honest opinion and let you know.

This is, unsurprisingly a question that we get a lot.  It’s also hard to answer and depends on a few things.  Age, wear & tear, frequency of use, and the cost to repair! Our techs can talk to you about it, and if they price of the repair is greater than the cost of a replacement or it’s close, we will give our honest opinion and let you know.

Depends how hot.  If it is a concerning level of heat (hurts to touch for even a moment) then it could definitely be a problem – and if your laptop ever shuts down randomly, it could be due to overheating.  Depending on your laptop, it could need its fan replaced, or just a reinstall.

A typical iPhone Screen Repair takes about 45 minutes! Timeframes can vary based on store workload, etc. so if you’re in a rush – call ahead to verify timeframes.

We’ll take care of you, pure and simple. If any of our technicians break something during the repair, we’ll take complete responsibility and fix the problem or buy you a replacement device.

Nope. Apple has said that getting your screen repaired at a third party company (like ours) will NOT void your warranty with Apple.

We stock a lot of parts, but it’s hard to have them all – especially for PCs.  We stock all common parts, but the rarer screens and charging ports etc. might need to be ordered.  If that happens, don’t worry, we usually receive them within 24-48 hours!

We stock the most common parts! Usually that means screens, but give us a call or ask us if you want to ask about something specific.  If we need to order a part, we can do that ahead of time so you don’t have to leave your phone with us while it’s shipping (usually 24-48 hours).

Not typically, we try to what we do best: fixing your laptop!

For hardware repairs, we keep a lot of parts in stock but since there are so many different types of PC desktops out there, we might need to order a part.  If that’s the case, we typically get parts within 24-48 hours!

We stock all types of parts, which is easier for Macbooks and iMacs since there are fewer models to account for.  That aside, if we don’t have the part necessary to complete your repair, they typically arrive in 24-48 hours so you shouldn’t need to wait long!

Yes we do! We typically stock all iPhone Screens and almost all iPhone small parts (component parts like cameras, buttons, etc.) so that your repair can be done quickly.

We stock all common parts  and we should definitely have your iPad part in the store!  If you want to make sure, just give our store a call and ask (if you know what you need to fix).

Absolutely. We offer 90 day warranties on all of our standard repairs (if we have to buy custom parts, those parts may have a different warranty period). If anything goes wrong after 90 days, it’s unlikely to be due to our repair but you’re welcome to bring it by anyway. We’re usually able to help, especially if it was related to the repair we performed.

Yes, we fix all types of computers including custom builds.  We’ll even put them together for you if you’d like!

Not necessarily.  We will try to give you an estimate over the phone or from our contact form at the bottom, but in a few situations we will just need to see it.

Of course not!  We can take it apart and put it back together for you.  We have the tools and expertise to do it quickly and efficiently, don’t worry about it!

That depends – if you’d rather not bring it in (understandably) we can try to diagnose it and give you an estimate over the phone.  Sometimes we can’t because we don’t want to misquote you, and then we might need to see it in-person.

It’s ALWAYS a good idea to backup your data before a repair (and we suggest you do). Even Apple advises backing up your data before any repair. However, it’s extremely unlikely you’ll lose any data during the repair.

Nope! Stop by anytime we’re open!

You can probably replace your laptop’s battery yourself if you are sure that that is the issue.  However, the problems you are experiencing could also be related to the charging port.  If you are unsure, take it to a repair shop near you!

We are not – but don’t back out now!  That’s a good thing.  If we were “Apple certified” we would be forced to charge you much higher prices – and maybe give slower turnaround.  As it is now we buy the same screens as them, just directly from the sources so we can offer better prices!
