It is your responsibility to properly pack & ship the devices. Computer Repair Doctor is not responsible for devices that get damaged or lost in transit. We do not add any insurance to return shipments unless requested.

All shipments are subject to a minimum $40 diagnosis fee. This fee will be put towards your full repair costs.All repairs come with a standard 1 year warranty. Warranty does not apply to Data Recovery jobs. Liquid damaged devices will be fixed for data recovery purposes only, but may result in a functioning device after repair. This does not guarantee longevity of device use. Back all data up immediately.Any repairs deemed “no-fix” will still be subject to $40 diag fee to cover return shipping.
