What happens if you can’t fix it?
If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay. It’s that simple!
Do I really need to come by for a quote?
Not necessarily. We will try to give you an estimate over the phone or from our contact form at the bottom, but in a few situations we will just need to see it.
Do you stock parts for all types of computers?
We stock a lot of parts, but it’s hard to have them all – especially for PCs. We stock all common parts, but the rarer screens and charging ports etc. might need to be ordered. If that happens, don’t worry, we usually receive them within 24-48 hours!
Do you fix custom builds?
Yes, we fix all types of computers including custom builds. We’ll even put them together for you if you’d like!
Do I need to backup my data before coming in?
It’s ALWAYS a good idea to backup your data before a repair (and we suggest you do). Even Apple advises backing up your data before any repair. However, it’s extremely unlikely you’ll lose any data during the repair.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely. We offer 90 day warranties on all of our standard repairs (if we have to buy custom parts, those parts may have a different warranty period).
