Do you have the parts required for this repair?

Hopefully we don’t need to use any parts to fix your computer and it’s either software related or a good cleaning can fix it.  However, if we do need to replace your fan, we stock some fan models but not all.  If we need to order a fan, it usually only takes a couple days so in any case we should be able to fix your computer in no time!
