How much will a keyboard replacement cost?
Prices vary by model (call for a FREE Quote!), but it absolutely makes sense to fix. Computers are expensive machines, so don’t let that broken keyboard turn your laptop into a paperweight!
How long can I expect a keyboard replacement to take?
We stock some types of laptop keyboards, but others have to be ordered. If we have to order it, new keyboards typically only take a few days to arrive
How do I know if I need to replace my keyboard?
This is a pretty easy problem to diagnose. If your keyboard is simply not acting correctly (a key/some keys are not working, the entire keyboard is nonresonsive) you definitely need this service. If it’s just a button or two, we may be able to replace just what is necessary.
How do you repair a bad keyboard?
Our Laptop Keyboard Replacement service will remove the broken keyboard from your laptop and install a new one.
What happens if you can’t fix it?
If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay. It’s that simple!

How long can I expect this to take?
We stock hard drives for some types of laptops, but some laptops have a more specific drive that we don’t typically stock. If we need to order one, they typically only take a few days to arrive.
How do I know if I need to replace my hard drive?
If your laptop slows down frequently with no noticeable reason, or freezes on its own, it may be due to an old/damaged hard drive. Or, your hard drive could just be shot and your computer might not function at all.
What exactly is a Hard Drive replacement?
Our Hard Drive replacement service will diagnose the problem on your laptop and (if a bad hard drive is the problem) replace the bad hard drive on your computer and have it back to you in no time!
How long can I data recovery to take?
This depends on the severity of the problems with the computer. Sometimes there is physical damage to a hard drive which could cause a longer process and could affect the price that we need to charge as well.
How much will data recovery cost?
This is among the more difficult services to price accurately because it could be a simple job where we export the data from the hard drive, or we could need to fix the hard drive to get the data itself. We offer FREE quotes as always though.
