  • Do you have iPad parts in stock?

We stock all common parts  and we should definitely have your iPad part in the store!  If you want to make sure, just give our store a call and ask (if you know what you need to fix).

  • Do I really need to come by for a quote?

Not necessarily.  We will try to give you an estimate over the phone or from our contact form at the bottom, but in a few situations we will just need to see it.

  • Do you stock parts for all types of computers?

We stock a lot of parts, but it’s hard to have them all – especially for PCs.  We stock all common parts, but the rarer screens and charging ports etc. might need to be ordered.  If that happens, don’t worry, we usually receive them within 24-48 hours!

  • Do you fix custom builds?

Yes, we fix all types of computers including custom builds.  We’ll even put them together for you if you’d like!

  • Do you have the parts required?

For hardware repairs, we keep a lot of parts in stock but since there are so many different types of PC desktops out there, we might need to order a part.  If that’s the case, we typically get parts within 24-48 hours!

  • Do I need to take my desktop apart before coming in?

Of course not!  We can take it apart and put it back together for you.  We have the tools and expertise to do it quickly and efficiently, don’t worry about it!

  • Do I need to bring my desktop in for a quote?

That depends – if you’d rather not bring it in (understandably) we can try to diagnose it and give you an estimate over the phone.  Sometimes we can’t because we don’t want to misquote you, and then we might need to see it in-person.

  • Do you have the parts needed?

We stock all types of parts, which is easier for Macbooks and iMacs since there are fewer models to account for.  That aside, if we don’t have the part necessary to complete your repair, they typically arrive in 24-48 hours so you shouldn’t need to wait long!

  • Are you Apple certified technicians?

We are not – but don’t back out now!  That’s a good thing.  If we were “Apple certified” we would be forced to charge you much higher prices – and maybe give slower turnaround.  As it is now we buy the same screens as them, just directly from the sources so we can offer better…

  • Should I repair my old mac or get a new one?

This is a question that we get a lot, no matter the brand of the computer.  Age, wear & tear, frequency of use, and the cost to repair are all important, in addition to what model of Mac you have so it’s hard to give a clear answer! Our techs can talk to you about…

  • Should I repair my old laptop or get a new one?

This is, unsurprisingly a question that we get a lot.  It’s also hard to answer and depends on a few things.  Age, wear & tear, frequency of use, and the cost to repair! Our techs can talk to you about it, and if they price of the repair is greater than the cost of a…

  • Can I replace a laptop battery myself?

You can probably replace your laptop’s battery yourself if you are sure that that is the issue.  However, the problems you are experiencing could also be related to the charging port.  If you are unsure, take it to a repair shop near you!
