Do I need to backup my iPhone’s data?
We can back up your data if you want to be extra safe, however it is not required. There is almost never any data loss.
How long does an iPhone battery replacement take?
We stock iPhone batteries, so the repairs can be very quick. If you have the time to sit and wait we can typically have it back to you within 45 minutes – maybe even faster!
How do I know if I need to replace my iPhone’s battery?
If your iPhone is draining too quickly or not holding a charge long enough, that could be a symptom of a bad battery. Do you have the parts required for a GPU replacement?
We may have the specific graphics card needed for your iMac model, but we can’t stock them all. If we don’t currently have yours on hand, we’ll have to order one, but don’t worry because that usually only takes a couple days!
How do I know if I need to replace my graphics card?
The graphics card is what it sounds like – so if your screen isn’t working for some reason but you’re not sure what it is, there’s a good chance it’ll be the graphics card. We’ll also check to make sure it’s not the LCD or a software issue before we go replacing parts!
What do you do with a broken graphics card?
We’ll make sure that the problem is with the graphics card, and then we’ll open up your iMac, take out the faulty part and replace it with a functional one.
